OPTIQUE RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy

You can return an item no later than 15 days. If we do not receive the return within 15 days of the purchase date, we cannot proceed with it.

To return the glasses, you will need to send the product to:
OPTIQUE OPTICS - Viale Roma 20 in Cervia (RA) 48015

Shipping costs, incurred at the time of purchase, are not refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Since this is a valuable item, we recommend using a traceable shipping service.

To be entitled to a return, we require a photo of the purchase receipt (you can send it to us via WhatsApp or via email to info@otticaoptique.com).

Finally, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it (including the seal placed above the glasses) and must be placed in the original packaging supplied by us.


Return of Custom products

As regards Custom products, a return is not possible . Once purchased they cannot be returned, as they are made to measure and requested by the customer.

Refunds & Goods Exchange

Once we have received the return, after a careful check of the condition of the item, we will send you a confirmation or refusal email.

If the answer is yes, you can request:

  • Exchange of goods: you can exchange the returned item with another item on our site. The amount previously spent must be covered in its entirety (no vouchers are issued for the remaining sum).

  • Refund: on refund will be credited to the payment method selected for the purchase within a certain period of time.
    It may take some time for the refund to appear in your bank account. In case of delay or failure to refund, please contact us at info@otticaoptique.com.
