Each eyewear is thoroughly disinfected before shipping.
You can return an item no later than 15 days. If we do not receive the return within 15 days from the date of purchase, we cannot proceed with the same.

Shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The return shipping costs are at your expense.
As this is a valuable item, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping service.
To be entitled to a return, we require a photo of the purchase receipt (you can send it to us via whatsapp or via email to email@example.com).
Finally, the article must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it (including the seal placed above the glasses) and must be placed in the original packaging provided by us.
Return Custom ProductsAs for Custom products, it is not possible to make a return . Once purchased, they cannot be returned, as they are made to measure and requested by the customer.
Refunds & Exchange of Goods
Once the return has been received, after a careful check on the condition of the item, we will send you a confirmation or rejection email.If so, you can request:
- Exchange of goods: you can exchange the returned item with another item on our site. The amount previously spent must be covered in its entirety (no vouchers are issued for the remaining sum).
- Refund: the refund will be credited to the payment method selected for purchase within a specified time period.
